Oasis users can enable webinar reminders under <strong>Manage Feature → Reminder Email</strong>, then configure 1-, 3-, and 7-day reminders in the event’s <strong>Detail → Email</strong> tab. Use the pencil icon to customize the message, though the default is usually sufficient. If your webinar platform, such as Zoom, also sends reminders, choose either Oasis or the platform—not both—to avoid sending attendees duplicate emails.
